2026 The Road Forward Packages

The Road Forward includes four pathways to demonstrate support and participate in the program:

Level 1: Partners, available to NAPA members only

Level 2: Supporters, available at a reduced investment to like-minded nonprofits

Level 3: Agency Allies, enroll any time with no financial commitment

Level 4: Research Partners, for organizations actively involved in helping the industry advance net zero goals through research

2026 Enrollment Period (Levels 1 & 2 Only)

NAPA staff and The Road Forward Partnership team will accept program inquiries any time. However, to ensure you receive maximum value for your investment, please adhere to the following timelines.

New Partners & Supporters

NAPA members not already participating as The Road Forward may join the program as follows.

  • Enrollment is OPEN!
  • Enrollment ENDS August 17 (one month after Midyear).
  • All payments must be received by this date to be recognized as a program participant in 2026.
  • Enrollments will not be processed after this date and will be unavailable until the next year’s program opens.

Renewing Partners

Current Partners are invited to renew now for 2026 to demonstrate your continued commitment and to continue enjoyinig Partner benefits.

  • All current partners, will receive an invoice for renewal in February 2026.
  • To continue as a 2026 Partner, the renewal invoice must be paid in full by May 1, 2026.
  • If you decide not to continue your Partnership, please contact NAPA staff to inform them of your decision and to provide feedback on the program.
  • If the invoice remains unpaid after May 30, 2026, the invoice will be cancelled, and your Partnership will be discontinued. You will remain listed as a prior Partner but will not receive future benefits and will not be listed as a current (2026) Partner.

Level 1: Partner

THE STANDARD PARTNER PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE TO ANY NAPA MEMBER COMPANY UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

Annual Partner commitment: $10,000

Duration: The length of the Partnership is dependent upon the Partner’s payment date. Commitment/payment will not be prorated. The Partnership is valid from the date payment is received in full through the conclusion of NAPA’s 2027 Annual Meeting.

Partner Expectations

Partners will demonstrate their commitment to climate stewardship, help pave the way for the industry to accomplish its climate goals, and build awareness for environmental solutions and activities. Partners agree to participate in a survey that assesses the current state of practice for TRF Partner companies with respect to GHG emissions accounting, disclosure, goals, and related activities.

Partners are invited to attend open committee meetings, apply for open committee/leadership positions, propose educational sessions/webinars/events, suggest research opportunities or articles, etc. Participating in the Partner program provides no guarantee of acceptance.

To faciliate program communications, we ask each Partner to identify a single point of contact.

Partner Benefits

In addition to supporting and being associated with this industrywide climate initiative, Partners will enjoy the following benefits.

  • Partner will be recognized, at every relevant opportunity and subject to availability, as follows:
    • On The Road Forward website, to include a logo and link to the Partner’s designated website
    • In The Road Forward outputs (e.g., digital publications), limited to logo placement only
    • In NAPA’s outreach regarding The Road Forward, including but not limited to communications, presentations, social media, press releases, and events, which may include logo placement, oral/written acknowledgement, etc.
  • Subject to guidelines provided by NAPA, Partners may use The Road Forward logo to indicate their participation in the program in Partner company’s materials, presentations, and website.
    • Use of the logo is restricted to paid Partners in good standing. Misuse of the logo or literature should be reported to NAPA Communications staff.
       
  • Partners will be invited to participate in research, reports, and other inputs/outputs to inform and advance our collective progress toward The Road Forward’s goals. Participation is not guaranteed and will be based on factors including but not limited to relevance and available opportunities.

In appreciation of your Partnership, NAPA will:

  • Recognize new Partners in a press release, which you will have opportunity to review.
    • Partner will forfeit press release if not activated and approved within 60 calendar days of payment in full.
  • Provide 2 complimentary, non-transferable registrations to our 2027 Annual Meeting. All other expenses (spouse/guest registration, transportation, lodging, etc.) are the responsibility of the Partner company or individual.
  • Invite up to 2 Partner representatives to participate in an exclusive Luncheon at the 2027 Annual Meeting.

Terms

No privileges will be extended until all parties have accepted this agreement and payment in full is received. A fully paid invoice constitutes agreement with these terms.

While it is our expectation that this program will benefit the association, the Partner, and the industry, we recognize that circumstances change. Therefore, NAPA reserves the right to alter or revoke Partner status or Partnership privileges, with or without refund, if the program changes, or if the Partner is found not to be acting in good faith.

Renewal

  • Status is recognized for up to one year and is renewable on an annual basis. The 2026 program will extend through the 2027 Annual Meeting. Renewal terms for 2027 will be determined in Q4-2026 and communicated at the 2027 Annual Meeting TRF Partner Luncheon.
  • Any change that impacts the Partner’s investment, expectations, benefits, or terms will be subject to agreement by NAPA and Partner prior to renewal.
  • Participation renews at the conclusion of the NAPA Annual Meeting and will be accompanied by an emailed invoice.
  • While Partners may sign on at any time during the Enrollment Period, the Partner’s investment will not be prorated.

Level 2: Supporter

THE STANDARD SUPPORTER PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE TO ANY QUALIFYING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

Annual Supporter commitment: $2,500

Duration: The length of the Partnership is dependent upon the Supporter’s payment date. Commitment/payment will not be prorated. Recognition is valid from the date payment is received in full through the conclusion of NAPA’s 2027 Annual Meeting.

Supporter Expectations

Supporters will demonstrate their commitment to climate stewardship, help pave the way for the industry to accomplish its climate goals, and build awareness for environmental solutions and activities.

Supporter Benefits

THE STANDARD ALLY PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY TO QUALIFYING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

Commitment: $0

Duration: Recognition is valid indefinitely from the date an agreement is executed by NAPA and Agency Ally. Either party may revoke the agreement at any time.

Enrollment: Agency Allies may join the program at any time. Enrollment is considered complete and active from the time NAPA and Agency execute a signed agreement.

Ally Expectations

Allies will demonstrate their commitment to climate stewardship, help pave the way for the industry to accomplish its climate goals, and build awareness for environmental solutions and activities.

To faciliate program communications, we ask each Ally to identify a single point of contact.

Ally Benefits

In addition to supporting and being associated with this industrywide climate initiative, Allies will enjoy the following benefits.

  • Ally will be recognized, at every relevant opportunity and subject to availability, as follows:
    • On The Road Forward website, to include a logo and link to the Ally’s designated website
    • In The Road Forward outputs (e.g., digital publications), limited to logo placement only
    • In NAPA’s outreach regarding The Road Forward, including but not limited to communications, presentations, social media, press releases, and events, which may include logo placement, oral/written acknowledgement, etc.
  • Subject to guidelines provided by NAPA, Allies may use The Road Forward logo to indicate their participation in the program in participating agency’s materials, presentations, and website.
    • Misuse of the logo or literature should be reported to NAPA Communications staff.
       
  • Allies will be invited to participate in research, reports, and other inputs/outputs to inform and advance our collective progress toward The Road Forward’s goals. Participation is not guaranteed and will be based on factors including but not limited to relevance and available opportunities.

In appreciation of your Allyship, NAPA will:

  • Recognize new Allies in a press release, which you will have opportunity to review.
  • Invite Ally representatives to participate in an exclusive luncheon at NAPA’s 2026 Annual Meeting.

Terms
