National Center for Asphalt Technology
The NAPA Research and Education Foundation (NAPAREF) helped establish the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) at Auburn University in Alabama as a focal point for asphalt research and technology. The NCAT test track and laboratory make NCAT the industry's premiere research facility. NCAT also offers professor training to ensure that the latest information is offered in university courses across the country and abroad.
