Audio & Video Recordings and AI Notetaking Apps

To foster and encourage open dialogue and protect the confidentiality of its meetings, NAPA prohibits audio or video recordings at NAPA meetings. 

Further, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) or other services that transcribe meetings for notetaking is also prohibited except if activated by NAPA staff. In such cases, the transcription is only used for meeting summaries and is disposed after those notes are prepared and approved. 

Please disable any AI devices before the meeting begins. NAPA will remove meeting participants who do not comply with this policy.
