NAPA’s highly educated staff include three employees holding doctorates, 11 earning master’s degrees, and 18 boasting undergraduate degrees.

JOIN NAPA

NAPA is the only national trade association that serves the asphalt pavement industry. Membership is available to any asphalt pavement mix producer, paving contractor, equipment manufacturer, material supplier, equipment distributor, engineering firm, or consultant.

For as little as one cent per ton, producer members have access to NAPA’s members-only portal, online directory, and discounts for meetings, events, and exhibit space at our World of Asphalt tradeshow.

Executive Assistant to the President & CEO

Kim provides administrative support to NAPA’s President & CEO in the execution of the policies established by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She is the President’s liaison with NAPA’s Board and senior management teams. Kim is also known as NAPA’s resident proofreader, reviewing every Action News newsletter and Asphalt Pavement magazine as well as technical publications, mass mailings, and various corporate communications.

Experience

Prior to joining NAPA, Kim was the office manager of the American Lung Association’s Bowie branch. Kim began her career at NAPA in the Engineering & Research Department and was promoted to Executive Assistant to the President in 2010. Kim has enjoyed assisting with NAPA’s internal bylaw revisions, the office Relocation Task Force, and the Governance Task Force.
