Renita Gross

Renita oversees sponsorship operations, housing logistics, and event support for NAPA’s in-person meetings, working to strengthen partner engagement and enhance the overall attendee experience across NAPA’s Meetings & Events portfolio.

Experience

Renita joined NAPA in 2025 with more than 25 years of experience in event management and sponsorship. Throughout her career, she has supported meetings and partnership programs across multiple national associations, contributing to major conferences and sponsor engagement initiatives within those organizations.

At the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), she oversaw an 1,100-attendee flagship program. At the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA), she supported program operations and sponsor engagement efforts. Earlier in her career, she directed a 4,500-attendee conference and trade show at the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA), where she built long-standing sponsor and exhibitor relationships.
