JOIN NAPA

NAPA is the only national trade association that serves the asphalt pavement industry. Membership is available to any asphalt pavement mix producer, paving contractor, equipment manufacturer, material supplier, equipment distributor, engineering firm, or consultant.

For as little as one cent per ton, producer members have access to NAPA’s members-only portal, online directory, and discounts for meetings, events, and exhibit space at our World of Asphalt tradeshow.

Ester joined NAPA in 2005. During her tenure, she has performed a variety of tasks working in the meetings, accounting, government relations, marketing, deployment, and membership departments. In her current role, Ester oversees activities that promote asphalt as the pavement of choice to industry stakeholders, relying on science and data to inform the tools, materials, and communications crafted. In addition, she oversees the development, planning, and management of NAPA’s membership programs, seeking to recruit and retain new companies to join the broader industry in being active in the association.
