Ester C. Magorka, MBA, CAE

With a career at NAPA that began in 2005, Ester leverages dynamic leadership and diverse experience from various departments – including meetings, accounting, government relations, marketing, deployment, and membership – to her current role.

As a figure in NAPA's leadership team, Ester serves as the staff liaison for the Membership Steering Committee and the Associate Member Council. In addition, she plays a pivotal role in the Advisory Council for the Northeastern and Western regions, providing strategic oversight and guidance. She also oversees staff responsible for NAPA’s Quality in Construction Awards, Operational Excellence Awards, Diamond Commendations, and the IMPACT program, ensuring that NAPA continues to recognize excellence and drive meaningful change within the industry.

Ester's leadership in retention efforts is noteworthy, achieving an impressive retention rate of more than 90% across all membership categories. Her commitment to growing NAPA's representation is evident in the annual increase in recruitment, as she tirelessly works to bring new companies into the fold, fostering a vibrant and active association community.

Ester resides in Maryland with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Abigail. Her dedication to both her professional and personal life is evident in her balanced approach, making her an invaluable asset to NAPA and the broader asphalt industry.
