Ester C. Magorka, MBA
Ester manages the day-to-day activities of the asphalt pavement industry's marketing and promotion campaigns. She aims to promote the use of asphalt pavements by creating engaging materials for pavement road owners, based on scientific research, and delivered via the Asphalt Pavement Alliance in a coordinated outreach plan. She enjoys learning about the latest industry projects and gathering promotion ideas from NAPA members and the State Asphalt Pavement Association partners.
Having worked in the meetings, accounting, government relations, and marketing departments at NAPA since joining the staff in 2005, Ester brings a diverse range of experiences and skills to lead the industry’s efforts to gain market share and promote the value of asphalt pavements. Her work on a public awareness campaign to promote work zone safety, WatchForUs, earned three national public relations awards – including best video and best awareness campaign – and has gathered a broad coalition of 19 partner associations that support its annual promotion.
