Brett Williams
Brett advises the asphalt industry on issues related to recycled materials, asphalt mix design, production, construction, and technology. He is the NAPA liaison for the Committee for Engineering Application and Practice, and the Pavement Economics Committee Mixture Quality and Performance Task Force. Brett leads the Annual Recycled Materials Survey & Report and the World of Asphalt People, Plants, and Paving education program. He is also the liaison for NAPA's ENERGY STAR partnership and technical liaison for the Associate Member Council
Experience
Prior to joining NAPA, Brett led technical services departments, research and development efforts, and technical training programs for asphalt producers. In addition, he is experienced in troubleshooting and forensically investigating road and pavement-related construction issues, developing and refining best management practices, and managing department capital expenditures.
