Your registration includes:

Full Attendee Registration—access to committee meetings, sessions, and planned meals (Welcome Reception on Sunday evening; breakfast and refreshment breaks on Monday and Tuesday; Reception, Dinner & Dancing on Tuesday evening; Awards Breakfast on Wednesday morning)

Guest Registration—access to the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening; breakfast on Monday and Tuesday; Reception, Dinner & Dancing on Tuesday evening; Awards Breakfast on Wednesday morning

Your registration does not include:

Participation in the Annual Golf Tournament or Optional Tours. Separate registration is required for these events. You may add one or more of these events to a new or existing registration. Get event details.

Health & Safety

During registration, you will be required to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following statement:

I understand that my participation in events like the NAPA Annual Meeting may involve a risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases. I knowingly assume that risk. On behalf of myself as well as my family and heirs, to the greatest extent allowed by law, I release from liability, and waive all claims against, NAPA, its officers, directors, and employees for harm, injury, damage, or death suffered by me should I contract COVID-19 or other disease as a result of my travel to, or attendance at, this event, even if arising from the negligence of any such released person.

Supporting Our Industry

Each Full Attendee and Guest registration fee includes a $40 tax-deductible contribution to the NAPA Research and Education Foundation (NAPAREF) to support its operations so it can continue to deliver its many programs including NAPA Care and professor training at the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT).

Registration Payments

Registration payments may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Individuals are not considered registered until payment is received. If you have correctly registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Membership@AsphaltPavement.org.

Registration Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted by email to Events@AsphaltPavement.org. The registration fee, less a 15% administrative fee, will be refunded for cancellations made on or before January 5. After that date, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions are permitted at any time.

Professional Development Hours (PDHs)

Nationally recognized PDHs may be claimed for attending educational workshops and applicable general sessions at the NAPA Annual Meeting. Each hour of participation earns one PDH. A maximum of 8.5 PDHs can be earned at the Annual Meeting. Attendees must maintain their own record of attendance. NAPA will confirm an individual’s registration at the request of a licensing or certifying agency. Anyone seeking PDH credits should check with their state licensing board to ensure that self-reported credits will be accepted by their board.
