Jay is the 2026 Chair of the NAPA Board of Directors.
In his volunteer leadership experience, he has served as State Advisor and on numerous councils and committees.
Jay is the President of Haskell Lemon, a Legacy Infrastructure Group company, in Oklahoma City.
