The La Quinta Resort & Club is located approximately 35 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport, 90 minutes from Ontario International Airport, and a little over two hours from Los Angeles International Airport, San Diego's Lindbergh Field and Orange County's John Wayne Airport.
Major airlines like Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways and Virgin America fly into Palm Spring International Airport. Non-stop routes include Calgary, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, New York (JFK), Seattle and others across the U.S. and Canada.
An airline discount is available on United Airlines, valid for three days prior to and three days after the official meeting dates.

Taxi: A taxi from Palm Springs International Airport will cost $65-$75 each way and takes about 35 minutes, depending on traffic. Keep in mind that taxis may not be readily available for returning to the airport unless prearranged, so this should be factored in when trying to make departing flights.
