Registration Process

Applications for the Emerald Eco-Label are submitted online on a third-party, secure site.

 Fee structure table

* Access to tool will be available until the PCR expires on Jan. 31, 2022. No refunds will be given for plants that close prior to Jan. 31, 2022.

* Current PCR expires on Jan. 31, 2022. After that date, EPD generated by the tool will no longer be valid.

 

Number of EPDs: The per-plant fee covers creation and updating of an unlimited number of EPDs. Each plant-produced asphalt mix should have its own EPD.
Expiration Date: The EPD expires Jan. 31, 2022

Your company will need to designate a primary/technical contact. This person is responsible for ensuring and affirming that all people assigned roles to enter data in the software are properly trained and understand the software. To ensure credibility and accuracy of generated EPDs, the primary/technical contact is required to view two training webinars on the Emerald Eco-Label EPD tool and pass a test before being granted access to the software tool. Steps to apply:

 

1. Visit the web-based EPD tool. Click on the link below to access the tool. (The EPD tool will be available on April 10, 2017.)
2. Create a user profile.
3. To pay for EPD access, users are required to input their NAPA login credentials. If you need login credentials, please contact Associate Director of Member Programs Kelly Kanaras.
